This notice explains how USDTHouse uses information submitted through this rental concierge platform.

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, preferred language, message and any property reference. We use this information to respond to your request, coordinate your rental inquiry and maintain relevant customer records. Please do not submit identity documents, wallet secrets or sensitive financial information in the public form.
Essential functions operate without optional analytics consent. If you accept analytics, the platform may count WhatsApp clicks in aggregate by day, language, property and page source, without storing a visitor identifier in those events. Google Analytics runs only if configured and consented to. You can change your choice using Privacy preferences in the footer.
Our hosting, database, media and analytics providers may process information needed to operate the platform. Following a WhatsApp link takes you to a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta under its own privacy terms. Its processing and international transfers are outside the website’s direct control.
We retain inquiry information only as needed for the request, the business relationship and applicable record obligations. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. Contact the concierge at +66 627061543 to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask who controls your data. We may need to verify your identity and account for lawful retention duties.
The server may keep operational request logs, including IP addresses, to diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Rate limiting uses temporary hashed request keys. These security records are used for service protection and are separate from optional marketing analytics.
Administrator sessions use essential secure cookies. A local preference records your analytics choice; it does not identify you. Configured third-party analytics may use their own cookies after consent. This notice will be updated as the service and its providers evolve.
