Can I pay rent with USDT?
Tell us when you send your rental brief. After the rental terms are agreed, we confirm whether a USDT payment can be arranged and provide the quote and instructions.
Which networks can I use?
USDT arrangements can use TRC20 or ERC20, subject to confirmation for each payment. Ask about USDC if you prefer. Confirm the asset, network, recipient, amount and fees before transferring.
How long can I rent for?
You can ask about 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or another period. The minimum stay and availability depend on the property. Tell us your dates so we can check.
How do I see rental options?
Send your dates, budget, preferred areas and requirements on WhatsApp or through the inquiry form. We share options privately and check availability before you commit.
What costs are there besides rent?
Deposits, utilities, cleaning or other charges may apply. We confirm an itemized breakdown for the property you choose. The rental agreement sets the amounts and payment schedule.
Does this website hold cryptocurrency?
The website does not hold funds or collect rent automatically. Payments are coordinated personally after agreement. Receipt is checked independently; a transaction hash alone does not confirm payment.
